Aero-Vision provides high
reliability communication services for voice, video, and data. Enabling
technologies are offered, including "last mile" high speed data
distribution, electronic commerce , and various networking services provided at the
customer's site for firewall protection, proxy server and Local Area Network gateways. The
advanced Aero-Vision MicroNode system provides business users high speed connectivity
within their buildings as well, using wireless or wired technology, avoiding the high
expense of re-wiring the entire building. The MicroNode technology provides extreme speed
data distribution as high as 690 Mbps, thereby providing efficient data transport
for business applications. A full range of multi-media and networking services are
available, including:
MicroNode High Speed Access Service:The Aero-Vision MicroNode system is a high speed networking system for voice, video, and data communications, applicable to both wired and wireless distribution. The system provides a unique solution for intra-building installations, avoiding the need for expensive hard-line wiring, associated complex networking hardware, and maintenance problems. Additionally, it seamlessly provides data distribution to other buildings and locations, enabling a large number of users to be interconnected. The multi-cell feature of the MicroNode system enables it to provide inter-connection over wide areas, avoiding the need for expensive leased landlines.
FTP Services: Businesses increasingly transfer large volumes of data, either for internal use or for their customers and subcontractors. The Aero-Vision FTP services provide an inexpensive method for businesses to directly transfer volume data using the Aero-Vision secure servers. Communications Gateway: The Communications Gateway is offered to enable business customers to connect their LAN (Local Area Network) to external networks. The Communications Gateway integrates the LAN interface, customized Firewall (for security), Proxy Server, and Send Mail (e-mail service) into a single unit. Optional remote system administration services through the unit are offered by Aero-Vision for a monthly fee. The Communications Gateway offers the business customer an efficient means of connecting to outside networks, while ensuring security and masqueraded IP addressing for the customer's LAN. Remote Systems Administration: As an adjunct to the remote systems administration technology developed by Aero-Vision for its MicroNode high speed access services, Aero-Vision offers administration services to businesses who do not have the in-house technical computer staff to perform these services internally. With businesses either connecting their personnel together to take advantage of networked applications and other workgroup software, or migrating to LAN based client server systems, administration of these systems is required. The Aero-Vision Remote Systems Administration services include network monitoring and support, configuration management, Internet firewall management, performance monitoring of servers and networking hardware, and system trouble shooting and correction. By monitoring the networks remotely, a significant cost savings to the customer is achieved. Private Networks: Private wireless networks are offered using the MicroNode technology for multi-point distribution, which enables linking of buildings in school districts, college campuses, as well as larger businesses employing multiple buildings. The custom software developed by Aero-Vision enables on-line interference testing and link integrity monitoring. |
