Aero-Vision offers high speed, integrated telephony, Multi-Media, and Internet solutions for large hotels and other commercial establishments who need to upgrade their in-building services to meet the needs of the business traveler. The vision of the Internet- enabled hotel with high speed data services delivered to each room is becoming increasingly attractive to hotels that cater to higher scale businessmen, who require an extension of their home office while they are on the road. The features of the Internet-enabled hotel can differentiate the modern, full-featured hotel from other hotels in the area, by providing the business traveler with a new level of conveniences.

The new Aero-Vision Multi-Media Synthesizer (MMS) system has been introduced for use in deluxe guestrooms in luxury hotels. Large screen high definition TV, theatrical sound presentation, and full interactive features all combine through a single, easy to use guest interface to provide a full selection of entertainment options. By integrating the latest in Video on Demand and television technology, Aero-Vision can propel a hotel into a leadership position.

The Aero-Vision high speed multi-media communication services are provided by the unique MicroNode installation, avoiding the necessity to re-wire the hotel with expensive high speed data lines.

Services offered range from basic Internet access delivered to each room, including e-mail, Internet World Wide Web, and file data transfers, to integrated data and telephony, video conferencing, and Multi-Media entertainment with High Definition TV.

Internet Services Only: Internet access service to each room is provided using the Aero-Vision modem and wireless distribution within the hotel building. The hotel has several options relative to service offerings. Many business travelers today carry their own notebook PC's, which contain their business meeting notes, new orders, contracts, etc. By providing the modem interface to the notebook, they are instantly connected to the Internet via the hotel's Aero-Vision connection, and can use their own e-mail and other data transfer (including Internet) to connect to their home office, suppliers, or clients.

By having instant access, business travelers can update their product and pricing information, for example, from the home office to their PC's, process new orders, or submit new contracts and proposals to their clientele. For the business traveler without his own notebook, small personal PC's can be provided by Aero-Vision to the hotel rooms, and connected via the wireless modem. The business traveler benefits from a full color flat panel display/monitor and computer already installed with popular software programs such as Windows98, MS Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and others.

A significant benefit to the hotel is that a convenient, interactive means is provided for hotel services, including in-room ordering, attractions, and other services that the hotel wants to offer its guests. In addition, local traveler's information including airline flights and bookings, local transportation services, restaurants, and other local attractions is made available to the guest, via the Internet connection, using the hotel's internal Web server, which is provided to the hotel by Aero-Vision along with the wireless installation.

Integrated Telephone and Internet Services: Modern technology has merged telephone and data distribution services, so that both telephone and Internet services can be provided over a single line, rather than requiring a separate telephone line and data line to be installed in each room. Aero-Vison has extended this technology to a single wireless "line" via the wireless modem, such that no wiring to the room is required other than power- a significant advantage to new buildings as well as refurbishment of older buildings. The new installation is completely transparent to the hotel telephone switchboard and room billing services, and a simple jack is provided with the wireless modem for connection with the room telephone.

Hotel In-Room Video Conferencing: The high speed wireless data distribution provided by Aero-Vision can offer another service, video conferencing delivered to the room. Today, special rooms must be set aside for video conferencing sessions, along with specialized high speed data connections dedicated and wired to the conference room. With the Aero-Vision high speed wireless system, this same video conference service can be made available to the guest in the privacy of his own room, enabling him to participate in remote conferencing with his home business office, or other locations.
