| Highly reliable communications
systems using both wired and wireless channels is a primary business segment of
Aero-Vision. The Aero-Vison Digital Communications service provides highly reliable
integrated voice and data which can be used as a new integrated communications service or
as a backup service to existing telephone and data service plans. This all-digital service
incorporates the latest technological features to insure uninterrupted service with an
communications infrastructure overlay that is not dependent on existing in-ground or
in-building wiring or switching. Enabling technologies have been developed for business
and residential customers, including last mile high speed data distribution, electronic
commerce, and various networking services. In addition to wide area distribution of data,
Aero-Vision provides business users and hotels high speed connectivity within their
buildings using wireless technology and avoiding the high expense of re-wiring the
building. |

The Aero-Vision MicroNode technology
allows for much higher data distribution speeds than is available over conventional data
networks. Aero-Vision has developed a unique high speed access service using the
Aero-Vision MicroNode technology, providing for highly reliable point-to-point
communications, as well as providing for private internal business networks, and related
data networking services.
The Data Communications Services Division provides a wide
range of products for the business, hotel, and consumer/residential markets.
